Bi-coastal agency Rauxa has expanded its 11-year relationship with Verizon Wireless as its been named acquisition and CRM direct-response agency for the brand and in the process, picks up the DM business from Hill Holliday. Rauxa president Gina Alshuler says in a statement, “We have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with Verizon Wireless over the past eleven years, and being named direct-response agency is truly an honor. We are overjoyed to be taking this next step with our longtime partner and look forward to helping this brand connect with its customers in meaningful ways.”

If you want to know what the hell Rauxa has done for Verizon, here’s the most recent example that promotes the carrier’s 4G LTE service. In addition to the Verizon news, the agency has also added John Avery as executive creative director, and Tom Mescall and Jeff Nicosia as ACDs.
