You pretty much get the gist of a blog is when it’s called “HR People Will Burn in Hell!”. It comes to us courtesy of a “recent grad” (not the guy above as far as we know) whose latest post takes aim at the HR department at Omnicom PR agency Ketchum. Apparently, this person applied for a spring internship at the agency, got contacted by HR and had to eventually take a 3-hour written test as the next step.
Perhaps the test got lost in the shuffle or this person’s personality and/or test results sucked as Ketchum has yet to contact him/her weeks later, which in turn provoked this online rant. Even worse, he/she could have possibly outed themselves by mentioning that they may have worked at Mullen and Hanesbrands (both have North Carolina bases). We’re taking it that this poor soul at least wants a courtesy call for putting “3 hrs of [their] life into completing an assignment.” But hey, them’s the breaks kid. HR can by a mysterious, cold beast but better luck next time.
