Chicago-based agency O’Keefe Reinhard and Paul welcomed two of the creatives behind We Are Unlimited’s McDonald’s campaign flipping its golden arches for International Women’s Day.

Sarah Uchison (pictured, left) and Emily Walton (pictured, right) joined OKRP as partners and associate creative directors, following over two years with We Are Unlimited, where they most recently served as senior copywriter and senior art director, respectively. Before joining We Are Unlimited, Uchison held copywriting roles with Upshot and Leo Burnett, and worked with clients including Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Target and Constellation Brands. Walton worked as an associate art director for FCB Chicago and then spent ten months at DDB Chicago, and has worked with brands including Capital One and Radio Flyer.

“We are very strong believers in the notion that the best brand idea is not always an ad,” OKRP group creative director Amy Rogers said in a statement. “Sarah and Emily are two rising talents who understand the evolution of advertising beyond screens and are a great addition to our growing creative ranks.”
