OKRP Appoints Will Bright as Its First Group Creative Director

O’Keefe Reinhard & Paul appointed Will Bright as its first group creative director, tasked with heading creative on Taco Bell, Groupon and Gildan, for which the agency won creative AOR duties back in April.

Bright most recently served a brief stint as a creative director with Mekanism in Chicago, where he worked with clients including MillerCoors and Jim Beam, North America.

Before joining Mekanism he spent a year with JWT New York as a creative director on accounts including Puma and Rolex. Prior to that he spent eight months as a freelance creative director/copywriter, working with agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi New York, DDB Chicago, Cramer-Krasselt New York, Team Detroit and Taxi New York.  That followed four years with Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners, as an associate creative director and then creative director, working with clients including BMW, Vanguard and The Ad Council.

“Will understands the digital nature of how people view content today, but never loses sight of the big idea. He is passionate about telling big brand stories in modern, innovative ways,” OKRP CCO Matt Reinhard said in a statement. “As a new generation creative leader, he embraces our ‘agent in agency’ philosophy of forming partnerships with outside talent to deliver the most interesting, effective work for our clients.”
