Phoenix-based agency OH Partners has changed its structure, now operating as an independent holding company called The Harkey Group. The company is made up of five separate agencies: OH Partners, creative boutique agency Nomadic Agency, production company Matter Films, OH Strategic Communications and OH Predictive Insights. Each company will bring its own set of capabilities that will allow more seamless collaboration for clients.
OH Partners, which made Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies list in 2020, sits at the center of the hub.
The Harkey Group is led by a centralized executive group, including OH Partners co-founder Scott Harkey, who will serve as CEO; OH Partners president Meagan Jackman as CMO; Nomadic’s Tim Washburn as CCO, and Greg Derr as CFO. The group is responsible for assessing client needs and assembling the right talent to meet them. The centralized C-suite was designed to give each business increased bandwidth to focus on their client relationships, capabilities, portfolios and individual cultures.
“Going to market as a single organization allows us to combine the best of our capabilities. Each team gets to focus purely on their area of specialization and shine in their respective space, while also supporting innovation across the holding company, putting us in a league of our own. We aim to be the top independent platform group of specialized agencies in the country,” said Harkey in a statement.
The Harkey Group has offices in Phoenix and Las Vegas, with plans to add other agencies and continue to add value and specialize services to brands across North America.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for us, as our companies have been creating outstanding work for years. To be under the same umbrella and working seamlessly as one cohesive unit means our clients now have access to top creative resources across all five companies,” added Jackman in a statement.
