Odysseus Arms Expands Leadership Team

By Erik Oster

San Francisco agency Odysseus Arms expanded its leadership team with a series of promotions and the arrival of a new account director.

Managing director Eric Dunn and associate creative director Madeline Lambie were promoted to partner roles, while Kelly Kruse joins the agency as account director, tasked with managing day-to-day operations for the agency’s largest client, E.&J. Gallo, while also serving as strategic and operational lead for Barefoot Wine, André, and Carlo Rossi. Dunn, Lambie and Kruse will all report directly to founder and CEO Libby Brockhoff.

“The past year has been transformative and thrilling for us as we’ve developed and grown key client partnerships, taken on exciting new opportunities, and continued to develop a stellar team that amazes us every day,” Brockhoff said in a statement. “Madeline and Eric have been a huge part of our success and have absolutely earned their new roles as partners. We’re also delighted to welcome Kelly, as she brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and creativity to the agency. Together, these leaders, along with our outstanding staff, will help lead us to the next chapter of OA – and we can’t wait!”

“It’s been particularly inspiring for me to watch Madeline develop from a junior creative to an influential senior leader during her 5 years with the agency,” Brockhoff added. “At 26-years-old, she is our youngest partner. It’s around the same age I was when I co-founded Mother London. Robert Saville made me a Partner based on my contributions without consideration to my age, and it’s an honor to do the same for Madeline. This promotion is a testament to her unbelievable work ethic, tenacity and razor-sharp intelligence.”

Before joining Odysseus Arms in 2015, Dunn spent nearly four years with Duncan Channon, serving as account director and group account director. Lambie first joined the agency as a project manager in 2014, following a stint as social media coordinator for Sockeye.

Kruse arrives at Odysseys Arms following a stint as a freelance account director with Mekanism, working on the Method, Charles Schwab and Franzia accounts. Before that she spent around a year and a half working on the Wells Fargo account for Organic. Prior to that she worked as a freelance account director with MRY and Pereira & O’Dell on Google, T-Mobile, Charles Schwab, Del Monte and Godiva.
