Tomorrow is the creative world’s holiday: 420. New Yorkers will know this as the day the city smells like pot all day rather than just during the walk through Koreatown — which always smells like the stuff. NORML, aka the National Organization to Reform Marijuana Laws, will use the holiday as an opportunity to remind New Yorkers that arrests for pot-related offenses are up 4,600% since 1992. That, ladies and gentlemen, is a lot of hooch.
