Havas Media Group continues to invest in its North American leadership, appointing Noah Vardon as president of Havas Media Group Canada. Vardon will be based in Toronto and serve on Havas Media Group’s North American executive leadership team.

Other recent leadership postings across North America for Havas Media Group include Accenture alum Mike Bregman, who stepped into the role of chief data officer in May, while Meghan Grant joined as chief strategy officer in April and Amy Ginsberg joined as chief investment officer earlier this year.

“Noah makes a strong addition to the North American leadership team at a time when Havas Media Group continues to see continued momentum in that market, Peter Mears, global CEO of Havas Media Group, said in a statement. His experience across an array of industries and markets will provide a unique perspective on the changing consumer landscape. He will keep Havas Media Group Canada on the path to creating a more meaningful experience for our brands and their customers.”

Vardon also headed up media teams across 10 markets for Initiative. He has worked with clients including BMW, Bayer Consumer Care, Carlsberg, CBC, Royal Bank of Canada, and Destination Canada.

“Canada is set for tremendous growth in media as brands continue to reenter the market in innovative ways,” said Vardon in a statement. “Havas Media Group is positioned to help these brands grow in a meaningful way.”

Havas Media Group also announced that Lisa Evia, who most recently led the agency’s business in Chicago and Canada, will take over the leadership of the North American growth team as managing partner, head of growth.
