Are you a genius when it comes to brand strategy? MTV Scratch has a great director opening available, where you’ll become the fearless leader of special teams dedicated to developing a youth strategy for one of the company’s strategic partners.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for delivering multi-faceted strategic recommendations for retail, product design and brand positioning. You’ll liaise with MTV stakeholders to identify relevant opportunities and enhance partnership, while managing project timelines, budgets, material production, event planning and more.

To be considered, you’ll need 8-10 years of experience in marketing, media, consulting, strategy, and/or advertising, along with experience in marketing across all media, including on-air, digital, social media, mobile. Knowledge of the youth market is a major a plus, but experience writing in-depth strategies and tactical execution plans is paramount.
