-One of the Rocky Mountain merry pranksters, LRXD out of Denver (you may remember the agency from its ASMR holiday card fun), is now doing live, daily fitness workouts for COVID-19-fatigued industry folk. The 40-minute “Ad Bodz” workout occurs every day of the workweek starting at 7:30 a.m. Mountain Time. Below is this week’s schedule.
