-California-based full-service advertising agency Innocean USA appointed Jon Farjo as vice president, user experience.

-Huge hired Beth Lind as vice president of business development.

Jesse Caesar joined market research firm Open Mind Strategy as director of research and strategy.

-m/SIX announced four senior internal promotions: Ross Barnes has been promoted to chief technology officer; Poppy Barnes will to head of digital; Matthew White to head of planning; and James Weinberg, head of audio/visual.

Bill Backer, the man who conceived the iconic Coca-Cola “Hilltop” ad, stopped watching Mad Men after two seasons.
