-Clift Jones, former president/global chief operating officer at the now-defunct Modernista!, has joined fellow Boston shop Captains of Industry, which focuses on marketing and filmmaking, as president/CEO.

-Ogilvy New York vet Tristain Kincaid, who has helped lead creative on Coca-Cola’s Fanta account and worked on IBM during his time at said agency, has now joined up with ArnoldNYC as a creative director.

-BBDO NY, meanwhile, brings us “Devour,” the first spot from M&M’s new “Better with M” campaign (above), which also includes another spot that will air during the Super Bowl. link

-Former MediaVest SVP/group client director David Leitner has joined TargetCast tcm as EVP/managing director of client services. Leitner will be based in New York.

-Following a review, Grey NY was selected as AOR for the National Park Foundation.

-Bethesda, MD-based RP3 Agency has won AOR duties for AutoSquad, a mobile tire and brake replacement brand that operates throughout D.C. and Philly.

-Staying in the area, former iostudio director of social media Mike Schaffer has joined D.C.-based shop Hager Sharp as digital strategy director.

-VFX company Gravity has appointed Alex Lemke as its new senior VFX/compositing supervisor for films and commercials.
