Los Angeles-based creative agency Mistress announced the addition of creative director Lixaida Lorenzo. Lorenzo will be tasked with helping to lead the creative vision of the agency as it continues to expand, reporting directly to agency founding creative partners Damien Eley and Scott Harris.

Lorenzo joins Mistress from JWT San Juan, where she has served as creative director for over two years. She first joined JWT in August of 200 as a junior copywriter, working her way up to copywriter in 2003 and senior copywriter in 2008 before making the leap to associate creative director in 2012. Over the course of her career, Lorenzo has worked with such clients as Kraft, Ford, Nestlé, Heineken, Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, AT&T, Pfizer, Gatorade, Pepsi and Unilever.

“Lixaida brings world-class creativity and leadership to Mistress,” said Scott Harris. “She’s been awarded in categories from banking to beverages, and her attitude is as fresh as her work so she’s a huge asset to the agency and our clients.”
