McNulty’s hire follows the arrival of Daniel Chu as executive vice president, creative last month.

“It’s exciting to have a female leader I admire and the chance to work on a beloved brand,” McNulty said. “The agency has a new creative lead in Daniel Chu, has been doubling down on culture since the arrival of Holly Gregg last year, and has big ambitions I want to help it achieve. I’m excited to take Midnight Oil’s disruptive creative legacy even further by integrating data and technology to accelerate growth for its clients.”
