Mercado McCann Names Fernando Sarni CEO

Mercado McCann has appointed Fernando Sarni as its CEO, effective as of January, 2016.

Sarni joins the agency with over twenty years of experience in the Argentine and Mexican advertising market. Since August of 2013 he has served as CEO and general manager of Publicis Buenos Aires. Prior to joining Publicis he spent three years as president and owner of his own new business consulting company, Sarni & Sarni, where he worked with agencies including Y&R, Wunderman, MEC and JWT. Before that he spent nearly three years serving as president and partner at La Communidad. He has also served as general account director at Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi and BBDO Argentina and vice president, client services at BBDO Mexico.
