McGarrah Jesse, the Austin agency that held the Shiner Beer account for 15 years prior to Shiner launching a creative review in September of 2018, has hired Claire Whigham as chief creative officer.

She will partner with recently-appointed CEO Britton Upham on the agency’s executive leadership team.

“Claire brings a very human sensibility to our very technical world, both in how she interacts with people and expresses brand values,” Upham said. “We took the time to find a confident visionary who is also an attentive observer. I’m invigorated.”
