McCann Names LaFond-Dufour Chief Client Officer

McCann Worldgroup named Nannette LaFond-Dufour to the role of chief client officer.

LaFond-Dufour will relocate to New York from Paris for the position, where she will be responsible for overseeing McCann’s worldwide accounts, coordinating resources and developing integration across McCann’s disciplines, regions and practices. For the past three years, LaFond-Dufour has served as lead on the agency’s L’Oréal account as president of the McCann Beauty Team, and she will continue to oversee L’Oréal in her newly expanded role.

Prior to joining McCann, LaFond-Dufour spent ten years with DDB Worldwide as a global business director, where her accounts included Johnson & Johnson beauty products and Pepsi Tropicana. Before that, she spent two years with KTG as a business director, working with clients including Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Roche. Other clients LaFond-Dufour has worked with over the course of her career include Nestlé, Procter & Gamble and Philips Electronics.
