Luckie & Company Appoints Pair of CDs

Birmingham-based full-service agency Luckie & Company appointed Stephanie Naman as vice president, creative director and Andy Odum as creative director.

Naman (pictured) served as an associate creative director and then creative director with the agency, beginning in March of 2009. Prior to joining Luckie & Company, she spent two years serving as a creative director for Intermark Group. Before making the leap to the creative director role, she served as a senior copywriter for five years at Intermark Group and then two at Lawler Ballard Van Durand. Naman also published a novel under the the pseudonym Billie Thomas, and is currently working on the follow-up in her Chloe Carstairs mystery series.

Odum has been with the agency for ten years. He arrived following a five-year stint as a copywriter with Lewis Communications after making the leap to creative from a position with the agency as a senior account manager, a role he held for five years.

“Andy’s work helps to make all of us look good,” said Luckie & Company chief creative officer Brad White. “But I like Andy because he gets the connection between creative and business. He listens – to clients, to co-workers. And he embodies the values here at Luckie in a big way.” Of Naman, he added, “She has made major contributions to practically every client and is a strong force in new business. Her fresh perspective in every process is so valuable to us at Luckie.”
