Leo Burnett and Cramer Krasselt Milwaukee Matching Employee Donations to Red Pencils

By Matt Van Hoven

If you’re not familiar with Red Pencils (redpencils.org), it’s an organization of ad dudes/ladies who want to help cure AIDS by riding their bikes from San Francisco to LA. They put together a bike team and are now seeking support from agencies. Cramer Krasselt Milwaukee and Leo Burnett have agreed to match employee contributions.

Eh hem. So if you’re an employee at either of these shops be sure to drop a $5 in the bucket. This is your chance to help out and make your agency look nice in the process. Win, win, win.

C-K has two employees making the ride from San Francisco to LA. Those pair, Lucian McAfee and Chris Buhrman, buy them some drinks tonight at Lucille’s or Swig or wherever the kids go these days. For a fiver, Lakefront Brewery has the best little Saturday this side of the Mississippi.

Leo Burnett doesn’t have any riders. Kudos to the agency for participating anyway.

The group’s goal is to raise $75,000 to fight AIDS. Get involved and we’ll probably mention it.
