Jack Morton Worldwide Expands U.S. Team with Key Hires, Promotions

Get ready for a list: IPG experiential agency Jack Morton Worldwide has expanded its U.S. team with a series of new hires, as well as a few key promotions.

“Our team at Jack Morton is growing once again this year, strengthening our talent in our management, client relationships and creative teams,” said Jack Morton Worldwide chairman and CEO Josh McCall.  “We’re excited to both inject fresh, diverse talent and to grow our talent from within, as we drive forward in our vision to create extraordinary experiences.”

Among the promotions is Ethan Gunning, who will now serve as SVP/executive creative director out of the agency’s San Francisco office. Gunning has been with the agency since 2011, following time as a creative lead for the Office of Metropolitan Media. Before that he spent time agency-side with the Kenwood Group and Delphi Productions, working with clients including HP, Adobe, EA, Wired and GE.

David Harrison joins Jack Morton’s S.F. office as senior creative director with over 15 years of industry experience. Over the course of his career he has worked with brands including T-Mobile, Heineken, Medtronic, Samsung, GM, Ford and Chevron.

Also joining the Bay Area team is creative director Brian Thompson. Thompson previously led creative at Apple, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and AKQA. Over the course of his more than 15 years in the industry, he has worked with clients including Audi, Chevy, HP, Sprint, Adobe, Xbox, Anheuser-Busch and Delta Airlines. 

Rounding out S.F. news, Kristy Snowden joined the shop as senior account director, while Tom Michael received a promotion to SVP/group account and strategy director.

Gary Baker comes to Jack Morton New York as VP/creative director. He arrives with over 13 years of agency experience, having previously served in senior creative roles at agencies including Cake and G2. Over the course of his career he has worked with clients including Disney, Visa, Toys”R”Us, Xerox, Dell, Kellogg’s and Campbell’s.

22-year industry veteran Kate Crotty also joins the New York office as senior vice president, account director, events. Elizabeth Krato, meanwhile goes to Jack Morton Detroit as EVP/director of operations while John Howard received a promotion to executive vice president, managing director of the office.
