IPG global brand experience agency Jack Morton has made a spate of new creative hires, including adding five new executive creative directors across the U.S. to help with the growth the agency has experienced this year.

Jack Morton has hired Juliana Jaramillo from Giant Spoon to lead the Chicago creative team as vp, ecd, and Ethan Gunning, from Zinus, as svp, ecd growth. It also promoted Alex Esguerra to svp, ecd growth; Christine Capelli to svp, ecd in Boston; and it has transferred Lucille Essey, svp, ecd, from Hong Kong to lead the New York creative department.

“It’s an exciting time for brand experience,” said Shelley Elkins, chief creative officer, Jack Morton. “We’re thrilled that this diverse group recognizes the unique experience that Jack offers and made the choice to call this agency home.”

At Giant Spoon, Jaramillo worked on campaigns including HBO’s “Bleed For The Throne” and Under Armour’s Rush Performance Lab. At Jack Morton she will lead creative direction for clients including Molson Coors and Kellogg’s.

Gunning rejoins the agency from Zinus, an ecommerce furniture disruptor, where he led all brand marketing efforts as director of brand. In his new role, Gunning will be based in San Francisco.

Alongside Gunning, Esguerra will have a similar position, based in Los Angeles. He was promoted from group creative director, where he oversaw work for clients including Facebook.

Capelli previously served as group creative director and has worked alongside the creative teams in both New York and Boston. She will oversee work for the Boston office, where brands include Lenovo, Trane Technologies, Liberty Mutual and Subway.

Essey transfers to New York from Hong Kong, where she previously led the creative team across greater China. During her tenure in Asia, Essey helmed several projects for Porsche China, helping to grow the account into Jack Morton’s largest client in the region.

In addition to the ecd signings, the agency has recently hired 19 new creatives and 104 individuals across all departments since the beginning of the year.

Other full-time creative additions include: Stacy Mann as senior creative director in Chicago, working on Molson Coors; Jesse Rea as senior creative director for Facebook; Richard Sears as group creative director in Los Angeles; Allison Beck as vp, senior creative director to focus on Jack Health; Stephanie Caruso as vp, group creative director in Boston; Jo Kang as vp, senior creative director in San Francisco; and Rich Shideler as vp, group creative director in Boston.
