“Isobar doesn’t just preach innovation, we embody it, in everything that we do,” Boyda said in a statement. “By making these changes to our leadership team, we are becoming more agile and are enhancing our existing capabilities. Tonya, Dave and Sean have proven themselves to be exceptional leaders over their tenure and I’m confident that these new roles will allow them to inspire an even higher level of strategic solutions.”

As chief marketing officer, Bakritzes will drive Isobar’s U.S. marketing strategy, team and all efforts related to marketing and communications, while overseeing the agency’s brand positioning and strategic growth initiatives for 2019.

Meeker, as chief innovation officer, will head up a new innovation practice at Isobar, to represent certain tech capabilities “in a more official capacity,” according to the agency. Shelby, in the role of chief technology officer, will oversee and advise the agency’s senior leadership in the U.S. “on all technology matters,” while leading the creation, use and management of Isobar IP.

Shelby will also work closely with Isobar’s innovation and AI and data practices.
