HomeAway’s Super Bowl Debacle: The Making-Of

Though it may not have reached Groupon levels of backlash, HomeAway’s “Test Baby” Super Bowl ad provoked its own shocks with the image of a dummy infant being squished against a window. While the ad, created by Austin-based agency Vendor, has since been revised (as well as an interactive feature on the website related to it), we can still share some fond memories of how this controversial $ 3 million spot was made thanks to the clip above (which Vendor has also pulled from its site).
