Early in 2021, insurance comparison site The Zebra decided it wanted to make itself more known in the marketplace and chose Argonaut to be its agency of record. Now, The Zebra has moved on and has hired Hill Holliday as its agency of record.
The Zebra, a top insurance comparison site that allows users to shop from over 100 providers to find the best rate within minutes, looks to Hill Holliday to be its lead creative agency as well as consulting on media and analytics. The agency secured the win after a competitive pitch process.
“We connected with Hill Holliday on a personal and professional level from day one of the pitch process,” said Keith Melnick, CEO, The Zebra in a statement. “They understood our vision for where we want to be in the market and developed an incredible creative idea that resonates with our brand. We’re excited to collaborate with their team and see that idea come to life.”
Chris Wallrapp, president of Hill Holliday, said that the agency has deep experience in the insurance category, which will enable it to help The Zebra build its brand and scale its business.
“The Zebra is a modern technology company with huge potential and an ambitious vision for the future,” said Wallrapp in a statement.
The announcement comes as Hill Holliday settles into its new 50,000 square foot, tech-enabled headquarters in the heart of Boston’s Innovation District, which it opened in March. The agency also secured major client wins including seven new healthcare brands and hired chief strategy officer Avin Narasimhan.
