Following District Judge J. Paul Oetken’s decision on Tuesday to allow a redacted version of the video capturing now-former JWT global chairman/CEO Gustavo Martinez joking about being raped, the clip is now live.

The law firm of Vladeck, Raskin & Clark, which is representing JWT global chief of communications Erin Johnson in her suit, officially filed the video as evidence today and uploaded it to Vimeo.

In the clip, one can clearly hear Martinez joking that he feared he might be “raped…and not in the nice way” in the Miami hotel elevator while other attendees laugh.
