Heat welcomed Jason Elm to its San Francisco office as executive creative director.

“Jason has done the job before and has a very good handle on how to foster the creative culture of an agency. He really gets us and I look forward to him helping lead and shape the kind of work of that makes Heat, Heat,” founder and chief creative officer Steve Stone said in a statement. “More importantly, he’s open and excited to help us define what this crazy new thing with Deloitte will be.”

“Take the creative legacy and stellar culture that’s been long established at Heat then add the horsepower that Deloitte brings — you’ve got a modern, unstoppable mashup of advertising and consulting,” Elm added. “To be chosen to join the San Francisco team in this role, at this time, is an absolute honor.”
