After two years as global CMO of Euro RSCG, Matt Ryan was bumped up to president of global brands for the agency and global CMO of Havas Worldwide. Ryan joined Euro RSCG in 2008 from sister Havas unit Arnold Worldwide, where he was executive director and was instrumental in helping the shop win the Volvo pitch. With Ryan’s promotion, Naomi Troni, global new business director of Euro RSCG Worldwide for the past two years, has been promoted to global CMO of said company.
In a statement, Ryan says, “I’ve spent the last 10 years of my career working hand in hand with global advertisers to help ensure that they are building brands and businesses in the most efficient yet lasting way possible. Working with global organizations is not only the area where I have spent the majority of my time, it’s also the area of our industry I enjoy the most.”
