Havas Worldwide New York welcomed Jonas Wittenmark and Tobias Carlson as creative directors. The creative duo will work on creative content across the agency roster while reporting to Havas Worldwide New York group executive creative director and managing director Jason Musante, who was promoted to that role in February

Wittenmark and Carlson arrive at Havas from Mother New York, where they have served as senior creatives since October of 2014, working with brands including Stella Artois and Stella Artois Cidre. The duo first teamed up as creatives at Mother London in 2003, where they worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, Pot Noodles, Miller and Gizmondo. In 2005 they moved on to StrawberryFrog Amsterdam, working on accounts including Heineken and Onitsuka Tiger before moving on to M&C Saatchi London the following year. After a brief stint with M&C Saatchi London, working on Lucozade and ITV2, the pair headed to Le Bureau, where they spent the next three and a half years. During their time with the agency they worked with brands including Hyundai, TV6, A Non Smoking Generation and Air Chrysalis before leaving for CP+B Europe in September of 2010. They spent over four years with CP+B, working with brands including Sony Mobile, Burger King U.K. and Spain, Resfeber and Scandinavian Airlines.

“Very few people in this business think like Jonas and Tobias,” said Musante. “As partners, I’m excited to see them bring creative ideas to life for our clients. We can’t wait to apply that best-in-class thinking to our biggest challenges, and opportunities.”
