Grey New York Wins Some GET

Grey New York has snatched up Green Earth Technologies to manage its $5 million creative and pr account. GET is makes green products from American Grown Base Oils. Boy, Chief Creative Officer Tor Myhren is totes holding it down over there.

Apparently the brand selected Grey because, “of their strong automotive and environmental industry relationships -.” Oh hold up there. Does anyone remember Grey’s failed bid to get the industry to share green practices? It was a huge thing for the company and it went nowhere fast. It was just swept under the carpet. Just look at their lonely, little blog.

Just for the record – there are actually green agencies that live and die by the sword such as Clownfish (recently purchased by Aegis. Or, Green Team who do some excellent work.
