Grey New York has hired Stephanie Lee-Pang as executive director, digital operations, responsible for managing technology, UX and digital production teams.

Lee-Pang joins Grey after spending more than a dozen years with the Deutsch organization. She first joined that as senior vice president, director of digital production in early 2004, following two years as program manager for LEGO Direct, where she worked in a quality assurance role on games, content and commerce. In May of 2012, she was elevated to her most-recent position at Deutsch: SVP and director of digital operations.

While with Deutsch, Lee-Pang led digital integration for accounts including Microsoft, Ikea, Samsung, DirecTV, PNC Bank, Johnson & Johnson, USAA, Sherwin-Williams, Kodak, TNT Networks and Outback Steakhouse. Her arrival at Grey is something of a homecoming, as she began her career as a producer at Grey Interactive Worldwide during digital’s early days in 1997.
