Grey Goose Wants to Teach You How to Drink

By SpyWriter

I read an article in Brandweek that Grey Goose has relaunched its website, Greygoose.com, to help dedicated drinkers in this tough economy. The site is directed at teaching customers how to entertain at home and still mix impressive and tasty drinks. The idea is that if people aren’t heading out to their favorite bar, they can buy their Grey Goose and mix enjoy it with friends at home. The site has a featured cocktail section, a cocktail search engine and you can even have tips sent to you via email or text.

According to the article, Emil Jattne, Brand Manager of Grey Goose says, “The new Grey Goose Web site is an important component of our global integrated marketing communications. It will support and amplify our aspirational brand building activities.”

The new site was created by @radical.media and is part of Grey Goose’s efforts to move up from its number 10 spot in the list of best selling liquors in the US. They’ve also enlisted designer Rachel Roy to design cocktail dresses for spokesmodels to wear at Grey Goose sponsored events.

I wouldn’t have guessed Grey Goose was in the number 10 spot. I really would’ve thought they ranked higher. I’m a huge vodka drinker and I think Grey Goose is a pretty good brand. Maybe that’s just me.

Is Grey Goose Your preferred brand of Vodka?
