Grey Canada Expands with 11 New Hires in Toronto

Grey Canada has added eleven new hires to its Toronto office, across its creative, design, account service and production departments.

“The quality and professionalism that this core group brings to Grey well positions our agency for the future,” Grey Toronto president Darlene Remlinger said in a statement. 

Nicole Lupke joins Grey Toronto as client services director, tasked with leading the account management team. She arrives at Grey from DDB Canada, where she spent the past nine years as group account director, heading up accounts including Johnson & Johnson (Beauty), Canadian Blood Services, Campbell Canada and Dairy Farmers of Canada.

Associate creative director Pete Ross joins the agency from CO-OP Advertising in Toronto, where he has spent over two years serving as a creative director and working with brands including AutoTrader, Midas, South St. Burger, MINTO and Weed Man. Prior to joining CO-OP, he spent nine months as an art director with TAXI, working with Boston Pizza, The United Way and Canadian Tire. That followed over three and a half years as an art director with DDB Canada, where he worked with clients including Capital One, AutoTrader, Manulife Financial, Cialis, Subaru and Crime Stoppers.

Genevieve Beharry arrives as a senior designer after around four and a half years as design brand lead at Jackman Reinvention in Toronto. Prior to that she was a founding partner at YouShoulTotallyMeet, where she spent two years. 

Senior creative team Mike Lo Nam and Abeer Verma arrive at the agency from Giants & Gentlemen and bring to the agency 22 years of collective experience working with clients across disciplines including retail, automotive and financial. 

Other recent hires at the agency include the additions of Vanessa Birze and Dominic Barlow to the production department as integrated and senior producer, respectively. Account supervisors Erin Reinecke and Matt Milne, account director Siobhan Doyle and copywriter Darrel Knight round out the list of new and recent hires.
