Madonna and daughter, Lourdes, have announced that Taylor Momsen (of Gossip Girl fame) will be the face of their joint clothing line, Material Girl.
Material Girl will be available only at Macy’s starting August 3. The line, which includes clothing, footwear, handbags, jewelry and hair accessories, will be moderately priced ($12-40) and, for the most part, 80’s inspired.
For those of you unfamiliar with 16-year-old Momsen (and those who pretend to be unfamiliar), she’s often categorized as a young Hollywood “badass” for cursing during interviews, performing as the lead singer of her band, “The Pretty Reckless,” and of course for her controversial role as Cindy Lou Who in “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.”

– “OKEE, so I read a lot of your comments and I’m like uber happy you guys like my blog. A lot of you asked me what color I was dying my hair and it’s actually going to be like a kind of cherry blackish thingy bobbie. OH MY DAIZ”
