-BBDO Toronto launched a campaign for UP Express, a vital rail service between downtown Toronto and Pearson Airport operated by Metrolinx, underscoring the importance of face masks (video above).

The Richards Group founder and principal Stan Richards stepped down from the independent Dallas agency he founded 44 years ago.

-The move followed Motel 6 firing the agency in response to remarks Richard made that a campaign for the company was “too Black” and insinuated that some Motel 6 customers were “white supremacists.”

-A number of other clients including H-E-B, Home Depot, Keurig, Dr Pepper and Salvation Army also cut ties with The Richards Group.

-Exceeding analyst expectations, Publicis Groupe reported a Q3 organic revenue decline of 5.6%.

-Advertising talent is looking to Twitter to find jobs.
