-Deutsch’s Pete Favat hypes his agency’s work on the new Nest #MeToo Oscars spot by calling on dudes everywhere to do more.


-A bunch of industry observers have had quite enough of your gloom-and-doom takes on WPP’s no good, very bad financial earnings call.

-Translation hired Kenneth Pang as its West Coast business lead for new and existing clients like Alaska Airlines. He will be based in the San Francisco office.

-Brownstein Group won AOR duties for NJM Insurance Group, which is expanding to Pennsylvania. Check out the campaign here.

-Verizon acquired design consultancy Moment, which will now “help strengthen Verizon’s important mission to provide the best customer connectivity” and never have to worry about other clients ever again.
