-KBS copywriter Mike Merritt started a band called Wicked Lazers with his kids and his iPhone, and they’re playing at the agency’s office next Friday to benefit Steve Gleason and Answer ALS.

-We hear that a certain West Coast agency cancelled its holiday party this year in order to remodel its office. Priorities!

-UM’s Coca-Cola team did a version of the Mannequin Challenge in which they’re all holding some form of Coke product.

-A team of Michigan fans at Doner managed to win a video competition on ESPN’s Mike and Mike calling for the team to be included in the 2016 College Football Playoffs. Global CCO Eric Weisberg shared the Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Robots clip.

-Dentsu’s Carat handled media buying for the Taste of Home/Folgers “Gingerbread Boulevard” campaign, which will include a life-size gingerbread house in Madison Square Park starting next week.

-Former MRY CMO David Berkowitz will no longer go by the name “Serial Marketer.

-Agencies are messing with “voice tech” tools like Alexa and Siri, and Digiday is on it.

-Budweiser partnered with Uber in the UK for a safe driving campaign, which makes a lot more sense than Bud Light teaming up with Lady Gaga.
