-Sir John Hegarty’s “incubator” The Garage Soho created this ad for Simba mattresses (!?), which reminds us that people do more in bed than just sleep, har har.

-DDB’s Amir Kassaei jumped into global politics with a Facebook post in which he encouraged Muslims around the world to “stand up and fight against all these animals who are killing innocent people in the name of their religion.”

-Saatchi & Saatchi CCO Jay Benjamin laid out his career in 5 executions for Campaign U.S. (One of them is Biz Markie for Lucky Charms.)

-Retailer BJ’s Wholesale Club hired New York’s Terri & Sandy to create an integrated campaign set to run this fall.

-Can an outdoor ad convince you to be a vegan? We don’t know. But one did allow us to laugh at Ted Cruz kissing Donald Trump. (Yes, it’s a total ripoff. Whatever.)

-Ogilvy hired Sam Cartmell, formerly of Karmarama, as a creative partner in its London office.

-Berlin-based design and branding agency Edenspiekermann opened its first U.S. office in Santa Monica.

-Creative agency DPDK of the Netherlands promoted creative director Michael Vromans and CFO Paul Jitta to partner. They join co-founder and CEO Pim van Helten.
