Today Epsilon confirmed that it has parted ways with John Immesoete, who spent 6.5 years as evp, chief creative officer of its creative division Epsilon Agency. Adweek first broke the news this afternoon.

A spokesperson declined to elaborate on the events leading to his departure or discuss its plans moving forward, but a party close to the matter stated that he was terminated late last month.

The former executive has not responded to an email seeking comment.

Before joining the data-based mar-tech company in 2012, Immesoete served as creative lead at Leo Burnett and DDB Chicago, where he oversaw several accounts including Bud Light and McDonald’s. He first went to the Publicis shop in 1986 and has spent more than 30 years in advertising.
