VaynerMedia LATAM will help to build up the Duolingo brand in culture, elevate its presence throughout the region and collaborate on strategies to further differentiate Duolingo from its competitors, while maintaining its authentic brand voice.
Duolingo awarded the business to the agency following a competitive review.
“While our mission is serious, we believe the best way to achieve it is through fun,” said Kim De Anda, regional manager for LATAM at Duolingo in a statement. “VaynerMedia LATAM and Duolingo share many of the same ethos and we gravitated towards the agency because of that.”
De Anda added that VaynerMedia LATAM will apply its strategic organic creative model to authentically drive relevance and awareness of the brand, helping Duolingo realize its aim to be an iconic brand.
“Our belief that brands are built in social, and in creating advertising that doesn’t look or feel like an ad synthesizes perfectly with Duolingo’s established and beloved presence across all platforms,” said Gabriela Fenton, head of VaynerMedia LATAM in a statement. “
This is the most recent win from VaynerMedia LATAM since opening its offices in May of 2021.
