Digitas Promotes Megan Jones to Chief Media Officer

Digitas has elevated Megan Jones to chief media officer, tasked with bolstering Digitas’ media-fueled creativity, which is the agency’s way of delivering a rich brand experience to its diverse roster of clients.

Jones was previously evp, head of media at Digitas North America. Jones has been with Digitas since September 2012, contributing to Digitas’ growth through her leadership under media services. Prior to her head of media role, Jones headed-up the agency’s media capability for the Boston region, serving as the media lead for several client teams.

“I am thrilled to step into this new role at Digitas, where I’ll work to infuse Digitas’ media-fueled creativity processes across markets,” said Jones in a statement. “Over my years at Digitas, the media landscape has evolved due in part to the rapid acceleration of data and technology integrations.”

Jones continued that, as a connected agency, Digitas is positioned to bring together capabilities across digital, creativity and media to innovate and create impactful media experiences for its clients.

Jones is a Cannes Media Lion winner and has led media for several top-name clients such as CVS Health, Bank of America, Chevron, TJ Maxx, Reebok, Netflix, Sephora and Volkswagen.
