Definition 6 Wins Piece of Rubbermaid Biz

Three months after Carmichael Lynch nabbed ad accounts for seven brands within the Newell Rubbermaid portfolio, the brand has now tapped Atlanta-based Definition 6 to serve as AOR for its Rubbermaid Consumer Commercial Products business.

After evaluating more than 20 agencies in its AOR search, the Rubbermaid folks decided on Def 6 because it’s “an impressive agency with an extensive team capable of supporting both traditional and digital marketing programs” according to a statement from RCP’s global VP of marketing Bob Heisner, who adds, “We ultimately selected Definition 6 for its ability to come up with the big ideas, but also to execute and plan.”

The other agencies involved in the pitch weren’t disclosed.
