DDB New York appointed Lucas Panizza as executive creative director and Bruno Oppido as head of art, AdAge reports. Both will report to Chief Creative Officer Icaro Doria.

Panizza (pictured) arrives at DDB from WPP/SCPF, where he has served as a creative director for the past eight months, following a stint as executive creative director at Santa Buenos Aires for just over a year and a half. Prior to that he spent a year and a half at Grey Group in Buenos Aires in the same position, which followed nearly three years as a creative director with Santo Buenos Aires. He made the jump to the creative director role with Ogilvy & Mather, where he stayed for three years before leaving for the same position at Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi. Prior to Ogilvy, he served as a senior art director with DDB Argentina, following over four years as an art director with VegaOlmosPonce. Over the course of his career he has worked with brands including Coca-Cola, Axe, Head & Shoulders and Sprite.

Oppido arrives at DDB from F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, where he has spent the last eight years as an art director. Prior to joining F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, he spent just over a year as an assistant art director with DM9DDB following a year in the same role with Salem. He has worked with clients including Nike, Honda, Electrolux, FedEx, Skol Beer, Telefonica and Leica — including the award-winning “100” campaign for the latter.
