Between the Great Resignation, the war for talent and more people choosing the freelancer route, finding the best creatives for your team is a great challenge for agencies lately. To address the issue, agency network Dawn has aligned with Monday Talent, an independent creative talent agency.
Monday Talent, founded by global recruitment industry veterans Jamie McLaughlin, Carly Mednick and Gillian Williams, specializes in the communications, marketing and creative fields. The agency’s Black and female leadership helps companies build diverse teams and equitable and inclusive workplaces.

Dawn has a growing portfolio of independent agencies, with centralized data science, advanced analytics and econometric measurement at the center. Monday Talent adds a recruitment element that the network didn’t have as of yet.
