Independent agency David&Goliath appointed Peter Bassett as director of digital production. In the role, Bassett will be responsible for overseeing all digital production, technology, digital design and user experience design at the agency, while reporting to managing partner and chief digital officer Mike Geiger, who joined David&Goliath last year after leaving JWT in January

Bassett joins the agency from TBWA\Chiat\Day, where he has served in various roles, including director of production, director of digital production and senior executive digital producer, since arriving in October of 2011. While with the agency he worked on campaigns for brands such as Adidas, Nissan, Miller Lite and Netflix. Prior to joining TBWA\Chiat\Day, he spent a year as executive digital producer with Ogilvy & Mather Neew York. That followed three and a half years with 180 Amsterdam, as a digital producer and then director of digital production, working with brands including Adidas and Grey Goose.

“Peter is an incredible talent with a great track record of producing award-winning work,” said Geiger. “I’ve worked with Peter in the past, and can tell you that his passion for this business is perfectly aligned with our vision for the agency. He will be a major asset in assembling and maintaining a best-in-class digital production team here at D&G.”
