From “Does Limited Cigarette Marketing Restrict Free Speech?”, commenter Dale writes: “You can’t ‘limit’ commercial speech, because there is no right to commercial speech. Tobacco lobbyists are free to dance up and down the sidewalk singing the praises of cigarettes to their hearts’ desire. That is a freedom they enjoy, protected by our Bill of Rights.

“Anything else is Business & Commerce, and the rights afforded corporations &#151 which, last time I checked, have already caused enough trouble when granted the rights of individual citizens.”
