Colle McVoy welcomed Tracy Richards in the new position of creative operations manager.
Richards will be tasked with leading resourcing and staffing within the agency’s creative department, while providing input on operating best practices.
“Tracy has a wealth of knowledge, experience and connections to help us staff for today and tomorrow,” Colle McVoy CCO Mike Caguin said in a statement. “As we continue to grow, we are consistently seeking new solutions to improve creative operations, which will make the work better.”

Richards joins Colle McVoy from VSA Partners in Chicago, where she led the talent team and managed day-to-day resourcing as vice president, talent. Prior to joining VSA Partners in November of 2010, she spent a decade as a senior creative recruiter for The Buzz Company.
