Chief Talent Officer Geline Midouin to Leave 360i for McCann Health

Chief talent officer Geline Midouin is leaving 360i later this month after just over a year to join McCann Health.

“Geline Midouin will be moving on later this month, taking on a global role at a company closer to her home,” a 360i spokesperson said in a statement. “We recognize the need to strike a balance between work, home and personal passions, and wish her all the best in this next adventure.”

Midouin joined 360i in the role in December of 2015, following nearly five and a half years with Publicis Healthcare Communications Group as senior vice president of global human resources. Prior to that she spent nearly ten years with NBCUniversal, working her way up from director, corporate human resources to vice president, human resources, WNBC.

Midouin will join McCann Health as global chief talent officer on February 1.

“Geline brings with her a wide array of skills and depth of experience in human capital management, modern concepts in talent deployment and ways of working, and a rich appreciation of the value of a ‘people first’ approach that enables talent to do great work. Geline will be an extremely valuable addition to our global team,” McCann Health Global CEO John Cahill said in a statement.
