We’re giving a big shout-out today to Agencies in Action, a non-profit coalition consisting of New York ad agencies whose current mission is to alleviate NYC’s hunger.
There are more than 1.3 million people living here who go without enough food everyday. So the group is hoping your agency will participate by donating 6 volunteers for three hours a month — they’ll serve food or pack boxes or mop floors or just be a kind heart in the cold, lonely city.
On March 12 the group is having a little party to celebrate their partnership with the NYC Coalition Against Hunger. Give them a ring if you/your agency wouldl ike to get involved somehow. Agencies already involved include Arnold, Cossette, DIGO, Gotham, Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners and TBWA\Chiat\Day. Could your shop be the next to do some good?
