This will benefit our clients and Bounteous alike. I am excited to have his experience and leadership—and look forward to his partnership in accelerating innovation for our clients and fueling their customer experience success.”

McLaren previously served as CEO of Merkle B2B, where he led the global advancement of the company’s b-to-b practice. Prior to that, he held several key executive roles at McCann Worldgroup, first as worldwide account director on Microsoft and later as president of McCann Erickson USA. That was followed by a dual role as CEO of McCann Worldgroup Japan and regional president of McCann Worldgroup Asia Pacific, where he oversaw operations in 14 countries. He also served as CEO of MRM//McCann, where he was responsible for overseeing global P&L, client relationships, network operations and international growth of the MRM//McCann global network.

“Bounteous has tremendous momentum and extraordinary growth potential—and has set itself apart as the go-to partner for today’s most innovative brands seeking to compete and win in their categories,” said McLaren in a statement.

Bounteous recently added former Accenture Interactive CEO Brian Whipple and FTI Consulting’s Holly Paul to its board of directors. It was also recognized in the 2022 Gartner Market Guide for Global Digital Marketing Agencies.
