Bill Oakley Takes on CCO Post at TM Advertising

Having already served as group creative director and worldwide creative director on the American Airlines account, Bill Oakley is expanding his duties at Dallas-based Interpublic agency TM Advertising by now taking on both the chief creative officer and managing director posts.

Oakley, who’s been with TM since 1990 and has worked with other clients such as Budweiser and Bank of America, will oversee creative in the agency’s Dallas and Austin office and continue to work with McCann Worldgroup globally. Prior to TM, Oakley had stints at agencies including DMB&B in St. Louis, Hutcheson Shutze in Atlanta and Hesselbart & Mitten in Cleveland.
